GENERAL RULES
― Pay UPFRONT with paypal or deviantart points. If paypal, you will also be required to pay paypal fee.― Purchase first before I start your commission. No refunds.― I will only accept commissions I am comfortable drawing . I am authorised to simply turn down your commission reuqest if I am uncomfortable drawing it. Please do not flame or behave disrespectfully - you will simply be black-listed.― Waiting time is approx 1 week-1 month depending on my schedule. However, I usually finish earlier. You may be updated if it takes longer than usual. Again, always feel free to ask me for updates, just please be patient and polite.― You may request wips if I am taking too long with your commission.― Be respectful. I won't proceed with any commissions due to ill-manner. I will try my best as an artist to overcome any obstacles & work together with you to achieve maxium satisfaction as a customer. I simply ask for a professional, kind manner in return.― This also includes being practical & rational with the final product, e.g I'm not going to suddenly change 100% of everything because you state so.― Be responsive. I will ask many questions and send updates of your commission during the process in order to prioritise your preferences and satisfaction. Please be responsive and reply in an appropriate timely manner. If not, I will not tolerate any future complaints.
